Amrita Monticelli Chief Executive Officer
Amrita Monticelli has been in the Senior Executive Cadre of Indian Airlines Ltd for a career span of over 23 years, in various headquarters and field functions. She has, in this time, held the position of the first ever Regional Manager South East Asia, based in Singapore, for which she received an award for outstanding performance.
A First Class graduate in Economics Honours from Miranda House, University of Delhi, Amrita proceeded to attain a Masters in Business Management from the globally respected Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in India. She was also selected as one of the very few from India, in 1985, by the International Institute of Education, USA for the prestigious Hubert H Humphrey Fellowship, and thereafter received a certificate from Ronald Reagan, the then President of the United States of America, in recognition of the successful completion of the one year program of graduate study at the University of Minnesota, as a participant in the Fellowship program.
Amrita has also been a member of various Business and Social Associations and served on committees and recruitment boards.
Amrita selected to venture out of her core areas in 2001, into Event Management and Public Relations(PR), which have added to her varied experience and wide network. In this respect she was the Chief Executive Officer of an Events and PR Company for several years, and is presently the Chief Executive Officer of Global Reach Pte Ltd. |
